Nick's coaching focus includes:
breath work, movement, and strength training to develop stronger minds, bodies, relationships, & passions.
Coaching will consist of:
• 1 - 30 minute initial consult to discuss goals, injuries, plan out the month with a focus on 1 thing for mind, body, relationship, & passion
• 2 - 30 minute phone calls per month. One to look back on the previous month and plan for the month ahead
• Semi-Custom program delivered via trainheroic (Everyone gets a similar program with minor tweaks based on consult)
• Weekly email/daily text (24 hour response time) based on the communication preference of client
